客人在得寸进尺吗?

    [happy52202345]通常与我联系的是业务员CASTEN,他的BOSS一般不出场,只有在关键时刻或者双方争执不休时,CASTEN说要征求BOSS的意见, BOSS登场亮相。。。 前段时间下新订单提出原来价格, 与我谈判的是BOSS,在谈判未果双方沉默了一段时间之后, 某日业务员CASTEN发来邮件,on 09. September 2005 we send you the order no.: 5374. Till now we did not receive the proforma invoice of this order.

    Please check it and send us the proform invoice as soon as possible because it is a very long time since we send you our order.

    Please check it and give us information asap.

    收到EMAIL,我苦笑。CASTEN真不知道订单情况吗?他的BOSS肯定会告诉他,傻子都明白是怎么回事。此刻CASTEN故作糊涂,分明是打探我们的动静,摸清我们的底细。

    我十分客气地把和他BOSS的谈判讲述了一遍,并且强调无论如何不会接受原有的价格, 请理解我们的处境。

    CASTEN迅速回复不会接受我们的新价格,请重新考虑。

    我很气愤,但遇到这样的客人而且是老客人, 我无奈。 于是苦口婆心地将我们前后合作的订单金额、FOB 价格、CFR价格、海运费价格以及上涨/趋势、原料市场变动、上届广交会我们报給其他客人的价格以及RMB汇率变动情况等等的数据详细的列在他面前。。。希望他能从前后数据的对比中看到我们为此的努力付出和真诚,希望他能理解我们已经尽力了, 并且明确告诉他可以去找其他的厂家。

    客人CASTEN 速度很快,效率很高,这一点不服不行!他说理解我们的情况,但是希望这次维持原有的价格,下次调整价格。

    光口头上的理解有什么用? 实际行呢?遇到这样的客人真头痛, 我想或者放弃干脆不理会, 对我们的产品有需求,自然找上门来的。而且通过前期的邮件得知我们产品在他们国家市场很大,前景光明。转念一想老客人了,确实下了很多订单。供应商找个稳定的买家不容易。出于多方面考虑我将事情的来龙去脉向老板讲述了一遍, 并且问照此价格做下去还有多少利润空间? BOSS说利润肯定减少,但亏损到不至于。老板也是说话办事干净利落、不喜欢斤斤计较的人,告诉我说这次答应他吧。

    就这么轻易答应了他, 也太便宜了吧?于是我提出这是最后一次做此价格,条件是从原来的20GP增加到40GP。请考虑。 客人点头答应,我传真P/I双方签字, 客人承诺下周开立信用证。

    刚刚平息了几天,今早客人的BOSS又发来EMAIL:

    we appreciate working with you during this year. We have done a lot to sell your products as successfully as possible like, for instance, cost for catalogue design and product development etc. which have been and still are substantial expences.

    Turnover with your comapany at the moment amounts to __app.*** usd ___. We would be pleased if you could participate by sharing an amount in US$.

    It will be very helpfull for us if you can help us with 500 usd.

    Please send us a credit note per fax which we will deduct from our next payment.

    We thank you in advance and look forward to a continuing good cooperation.

    我一看,这不是得寸进尺吗? 难道前几天价格上的让步纵容了他的贪欲?现在以此来要挟?catalogue design and product development的费用供应商也要负责吗?再进一步说产品销售不好供应商还得补偿吗?太过分了吧?

    1、此订单同意原有的价格以增加数量为条件, 这样做是否妥当?还有更好的办法呢?或者开始干脆不该让步?

    2、大家报价的时候是否考虑客人的促销、产品目录等等的费用加入价格中呢?这些需要我们负责吗?
